Hopes for Revitalization
Today it was announced that Dredger's Union, the newly opened retail store on E. 4th is closing. This news is sad to me for a few reasons. Mostly because Danielle and Sean are such nice people and deserve success because they work hard and saw a future for retail in downtown Cleveland. They are champions for this city and I truly wish them the best of luck in the future. It's also sad because this place was more than a store, it was a hope to bring retail commerce back downtown (thanks for that quote Karen). So this morning brought some sad news, but let's rally behind them and make their final days prosperous, get down there and check out the sale for the remaining days. Cheers to you Danielle, Sean, and your whole staff!
